Memory Media Vault processes account, billing, and usage information to operate the client experience platform. Media uploaded by customers remains under the customer’s control and is delivered according to the permissions they configure.

Lead forms on this marketing site collect name, email, company, and related commercial details so we can provide demos and sales follow-up. We do not sell that information. Free trials are not currently offered.

When Stripe is connected, payment data is handled by Stripe under its own terms. We will receive subscription status needed to provision access.
