Terms of Use

Memory Media Vault is a commercial SaaS platform for delivering, organizing, protecting, and presenting digital media through branded client portals.

Paid plans are subscription services. When Stripe Checkout is enabled, charges occur according to the selected plan and interval. Customers are responsible for the media they upload and for the permissions they grant to clients and contributors.

Included branding and white-label presentation do not transfer ownership of the platform. They license the right to present the software under the customer’s brand, subject to the subscription in force. A standalone White Label Upgrade is not offered.
